1. Eligibility:
- Must be 18 years or older to enter.
- Open to legal residents of the United States.
- Employees of Seven Pines River Resort, its affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
2. Giveaway Entry Period:
- The giveaway runs continuously, with entries accepted year-round.
- Winners are selected every 6 months, with drawings held on the following schedule:
- June 2025 (for entries received January–June).
- December 2025 (for entries received July–December).
- June 2026 (for entries received January–June).
- December 2026 (for entries received July–December).
3. How to Enter:
- Visit our website and complete the giveaway entry form.
- Select when you’d like to visit:
- Next 30-60 Days
- Summer
- Fall
- Winter
- Provide your anniversary month (if applicable).
- Enter a valid email address to be contacted if selected.
- By entering, you agree to these official terms & conditions.
4. Prize Details:
- One winner will be randomly selected every 6 months.
- Each winner receives a free 1 night stay in a geodome at Seven Pines River Resort.
- The winner can book their stay immediately for any available dates in 2025 or 2026.
- The prize covers lodging only. Travel, meals, and other expenses are not included.
5. Winner Selection & Notification:
- Winners are selected at random from all eligible entries.
- Each winner will be notified via email immediately after the drawing.
- Winners can book their stay right away based on availability.
- Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize.
- If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, another winner will be selected.
6. Prize Restrictions:
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Only one entry per person per giveaway period is allowed.
- Seven Pines River Resort reserves the right to disqualify any entry that appears to be fraudulent or violates these terms.
7. General Conditions:
- Seven Pines River Resort reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if unforeseen circumstances arise.
- This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or associated with any social media
platform.
